This is the lovely Heavenly Bits I worked with. Ele indicated we could do as many projects as we like and since I tend to work small, this will be picture intensive.
Owen Acres provided the lovely stamped ribbon for the projects. Please visit her lovely shop.
First I was inspired to make a flower posey:
I used a majority of the ribbon, and papered the leaves and glued the beads to the other leaf. The items I added was the velvet ribbon, vintage button, and stamens. I hand sewed then added a ribbon to tie to a basket, purse/tote, or hang from a lovely spot.
Sweet mache box upcycled with ruffles and twine:
Hope you enjoyed these little projects. Please visit the beautiful host's blog, A Bit of Pink Heaven for all the other lovely ladies involved and our wonderful sponsor, Owen's Acres. She is having a Summer sale right now!
Great job!!
ReplyDeleteThis was challenging for me.
You did a much better job using most of the materials Ele sent.
Makes me want to go back and try again. =)
A learning experience for sure.
